CHO.RiGHT^® is a leading-edge platform that combines host cells, different technologies, and culture media. Our CHO-DG44 strain was selected for its fast growth, high genetic stability, and highly efficient metabolism. Our proprietary, chemically-defined culture medium was specifically designed for our host cells. As such, it supports transfection or single-cell cloning as well as large-scale manufacturing processes at high cell densities. Together, the host cells and culture medium enable maximum process performance and easy transition to large-scale manufacturing. The DirectedLuck^® transposase technology facilitates the highest levels of productivity, stability, and product quality. In combination with our GlymaxX^® technology, fully or partially afucosylated antibodies with enhanced ADCC activity can be produced. In addition, CHO.RiGHT^® ensures maximum quality and speed.

For decades, cell lines generated with the CHO.RiGHT^® platform have been taken to clinic and more are now in late stage development or are being used for commercial production. We are also often asked to improve/replace cell lines already used in the production of clinical batches.
